Terms of Service
1. The service
Deep Social Studio provides tools for creators and teams to plan, review, approve, schedule and publish social media content through supported platform integrations. Features may change during development and availability may depend on third-party platforms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your account and all activity performed through it.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party platform such as TikTok, you authorize Deep Social Studio to use the permissions you approve for the purposes shown in the service. You remain subject to that platform's own terms, policies and technical limits. We do not ask for or store your third-party platform password.
You may disconnect a platform at any time through the relevant platform settings or by contacting us. Disconnection may prevent queued content from being published.
4. Publishing and approvals
You are responsible for reviewing the destination account, content, media order, settings and scheduled time before approving publication. Scheduling is not a guarantee of publication. Platform outages, reviews, rate limits, expired authorization, content rules or other conditions outside our control may delay or prevent a post.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Deep Sweden AB a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, format and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to use and publish the content.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break applicable law or third-party platform rules;
- publish content you do not have the right to use;
- mislead, impersonate, harass or defraud others;
- distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access;
- bypass platform safeguards, limits or approval requirements; or
- interfere with the service or other users.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including in response to platform API changes, security concerns or legal requirements.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or where a connected platform requires it. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Deep Sweden AB does not warrant uninterrupted publication, audience performance, reach, revenue or compatibility with every platform feature. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, Deep Sweden AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, third-party platform decisions or events outside our reasonable control.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated where required.
